Study on Prospect and Opportunity of Wheat Flour (Wheat) Industrial Market in Indonesia – Indonesia is the second largest wheat importing country in the world after Egypt with average import volume of 5 million tons per annum. Based on information from United State Department of Agriculture (USDA) that in 2011 Indonesian wheat flour volume reached 6.7 million tons rose to 7.1 million tons in 2012 and predicted to reach 8 million tons. High wheat import was due to nil domestic production.
