Study on Business Potential and Major Players Of Industrial Estate in Indonesia – Indonesia under the leadership of Joko Widodo strongly supports the growth of infrastructures and industrial estates, particularly industrial estates beyond Java. Both industries require great investment for development. For instance, infrastructure development requires an investment of Rp. 4,500 trillion until upcoming five years. Meanwhile, to develop 14 industrial estates which become priorities the government needs Rp. 192.44 trillion. According to the head of Capital Investment Coordinating Board (BKPM), Indonesia is not able to finance the projects itself. Therefore, Indonesia requires foreign investments from China, Japan and other countries.
